Case Managers


Stacy has worked with people of all ages who have physical and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Stacy has worked as a case manager for the Aged and Disabled waiver, as a nursing facility social worker, and as a QIDP and Program Coordinator under the CIH Waiver. Stacy has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology with a minor in psychology from Indiana University of South Bend.
Stacy enjoys advocating for her clients and assisting them with all aspects of life. She has a passion for assisting individuals and families with finding all resources available to them. Stacy's strengths include working with a wide range of individuals and families. She also enjoys the ability to improve the lives of individuals one step at a time.
Stacy was raised on a farm and still lives in her small hometown. She enjoys spending time with her family and spends her free time attending her children's sporting events and activities. She enjoys cooking and has begun trying her hand at gardening.


Erin has worked with adults and children with Developmental Disabilities for over 10 years. Erin has worked as a Developmental Specialist, Qualified Developmental Disability Professional, Case Manager and most recently, Erin has been working as a paraprofessional in the school system. Erin has a Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University.
While she enjoyed the opportunity to step back and be a stay at home mom for her young children, Erin is eager to return to the Case Management field, where she previously spent 7 years as a Medicaid Waiver Case Manager.
Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter. They love to go camping and to sporting events.

Danny has been working with individuals with intellectual disabilities professionally since 2011. While serving in the Army National Guard and completing his Bachelor's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University's online program he began working part-time as a direct services worker with individual's with intellectual disabilities to earn extra money for his family. While working in direct support, he quickly realized this field of work was more than a job, it was his career choice.
Since he began working direct support in a residential setting he has experience working with individual's with disabilities in an educational setting as well as supported living QDDP. Danny is happily married with four children, with one who has been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism spectrum disorder. Danny lives to serve others and to do everything he can to make a positive difference in other people's lives.

Brittany has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Valporaiso University. She has worked with both children and adults with developmental disabilities for over 7 years. During this time, she has held a variety of positions from field staff to Branch Director.
While recently taking time to stay home with her two small children, she is excited to get back in the field as a case manager. After previously working for provider agencies, she is excited to have the opportunity to advocate for consumers as a case manager.
Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young her children. As a family, they enjoy fishing, watching sports and being outdoors.
